  Utilizo el servicio "asm go" a menudo, suelto el paquete sobre las 4 de la tarde y a los dos días por la mañana ya llega al asm de destino. La chica que me atiende siempre es muy amable. A mi personalmente me va bien

  This all happened this past Tuesday the 16th of November circa 6pm on the ASM delivery point in Palmones. I have been poorly treated in other places, but never with this degree of incompetence and rudeness.

  Poor service. When ordering from Amazon, package never gets delivered. Always need to go to an office. Not correct information which office I should go to. Never had such problems with other deliveries when ordering from Amazon

  Servicio de Atención al Cliente pésimo... durante el reparto no me encuentran en casa y, a pesar de dejar un número de teléfono de contacto, no llaman para tratar de hacer la entrega. Al contactar yo con ellos, tienen más prisa por colgar que por intentar darme una solución para la recepción de mi envío. La solución es simplemente esperar y ver si la próxima vez tengo más suerte.

Llevo dos días esperando un paquete que está en reparto, he llamado y me dicen que están saturados, pues contraten más personal, no es cuestión de estas fechas navideñas, hace tiempo me volvió a pasar lo mismo, me mandan el sms diciendo que llega el paquete y luego me toca llamar y quejarme para que lo entreguen 3 días más tarde de la fecha que ellos te dicen, ah, y poniendo que no había nadie en casa siendo mentira...esta vez al menos han sido más honestos, lo dicho, contraten más personal. Yo no escogí la agencia de mensajería, fue el Corte Inglés, no me explico por qué, ya que ensucia el buen nombre de la tienda. La persona con la que hablé ayer por teléfono fue correcta y agradable, me vino a decir que "lo siento mucho, la vida es así, no la he inventado yo"...hoy directamente no lo cogen.

  Had a call from ASM to go to their delivery point to deliver something because they couldn't collect from my home after 6pm, they gave me the address and off I went. On arrival the extremely rude lady asked me where I was from, I answered where my home was, she immediately said I could not do the delivery there, I said the company (ASM) gave me that address, showed her the email, she confirmed I was in the address I was given but that she did not take packages from where I was from, asked her to confirm the order number I was given and she refused to yelling at me to get out. I lost my patience yelled at her stormed out and started calling the company. 3 minutes into the call and one of the delivery men came out and asked for my name, he did not have any order number, any address any reference but was able to determine while I was not there who I was. I delivered the package.
